Article and training offers: Are your workouts going somewhere?

Hello and welcome to the start of July.

For a lot of people myself included, that means all that can be seen is the summer holidays stretching out for weeks and weeks ahead.

This means less free time for ourselves and far more family obligations then when the little ones are at school.

As I have no intention of letting this effect my health, strength, and fitness it means I need to be working smarter not harder.

Can you Avoid Everything Except Death and Taxes? Blog 8/6/17

Hello and good morning.

I've heard it said lots of times that the only things in life that you can't avoid are death and taxes. However it's been pretty big news recently that Amazon at Starbucks would heavily disagree with the second of those. This only leaves the first inevitability. Some people say they want to live forever through great works of art, some people say they wish to live forever through their children but personally my plans are to simply never die.

Time to get massive. Force of Nature PT Blog: 30/5/17

Good morning and happy Tuesday.

This week will be the proper start of the summer months and the gym is getting busy.  Never a bad thing when everyone is focused and knows what they are doing...  a pretty miserable state of affairs when you are juse milling about unsure of what to do while everything is being used.
