Hello and welcome to Monday. I hope you are doing well and training hard.
I hope you are enjoying my updates this last week. Thankyou so much for all the feedback and please keep on liking and sharing to spread the word. It really means a lot to me that you take the time to help me share my message and bring new people to my site, classes and bussiness.
This week has the following going on for me to put a fitness spin on...
- Nothing Monday...
- No socks day AND windmill day Tuesday.
- Receptionists Day Wednesday.
- International Nurses DayThursday.
- Blame someone else Day Friday.
- Chicken Dance Day Saturday.
- The Edinburgh Race for Life on Sunday.
Remember that as a thank you I'm offering to train someone for free for a month in exchange for referring people to my page. If you get your name down when someone registers on my list then your name will go into a hat to be drawn out on the 1st of June.
I'll be here to answer any training questions you may have and will be training towards my SFG1 certification most days if you would be interested in being my gym buddy for that some time or book your own session if you haven't already with this link.
In other news I have a new small training groups starting on Saturday the 21st at 10am and Thursday the 26th at 7pm. Both are obviously dependent on getting the numbers and will cost £8 an hour. This is a seriously good value way to learn how to move properly and train to your potential.
